Hi my name is Tashan & my experience with Nationwide interlock was beautiful they treated me with respect where very kind informative didn't judge I remember the day of my install Matt the tech was very kind cool & the first thing he said to me after greeting me was "we are here to help u get through this hard time I appreciated that coming from him it made me feel like I wasn't along in this situation.

Good Morning!!
Just wanted to follow up with you regarding the previous email I sent about the damage to my vehicle upon installation of the interlock device. Matt came by this morning to check out the issue and found that it actually was NOT damage done during his installation, rather, it was just a panel in my jeep that must've fallen down for some other reason. The panel was on the passenger side, and he stated the he didn't even go over there!! Needless to say, he fixed it anyways :)
I want you to know that you have a wonderful employee in Matt.... the whole process of getting the interlock device in your vehicle is pretty disheartening, and having a guy like Matt come by makes it just a little bit better. He is very nice, informative, courteous and polite. Whether on the phone or in person, he is always very professional, and I think that is just great. He followed up with me as soon as he knew about the email I sent, made a point to come to me to fix the issue, changed part of his schedule to make it here when convenient for me, AND even fixed the issue (that he didn't cause) with a smile.
Kudos to your team and Matt..... Thank you all for being so very helpful.

Everyone I've dealt with from the installation to any phone calls I've placed has been helpful, courteous, and prompt. Customer service in any line of work is a challenging aspect to excel at and from my experience with your company, you all do great. I can imagine how difficult it might be dealing with some of the clientele you have to deal with, so again, hats off. I never once was treated like a criminal scumbag which, had I been, I would totally understand. Thanks for making my difficult experience a little less difficult.

I was extremely impressed with everything regarding my interlock system with Nationwide Interlock, the Owner actually called me after I had made an initial call to them about pricing. He was extremely pleasant and helpful even saying 'look on my website even if you don't chose to go with our system there's great information to help in what goes on moving forward after you have any system installed' he also said 'I recommend you do a little research and look online at costumer reviews' I couldn't believe how helpful that was, I had planed to use a system I won't mention by name because it was slightly cheaper but after reviewing statements and videos customers made I knew that was not for me. Nationwide Interlock came to me to install the device they asked for 1.5-2 hours of time but the installer was amazing he was done with the install and showing me how to use it in 35 minutes. Device is extremely easy to use. Couldn't be happier with my choice to use Nationwide Interlock!

My names Katie and I've been with nationwide since the beginning of this year. First I want to begin by saying I used the company called American interlock before them for a year and half. To say the least it was the worst experience ever! My experience with Nationwide is 100% better than before, and mind you I was NEVER offered or paid money to write this review. American interlock messed up my vehicle. Initially I wanted to blame both companies, but after speaking with the owner of Nationwide Interlock Herb… He helped me to understand my situation better. I had an interlock swap out from my old car to my new car, and Herb waived those fees for me. I was happy completely with our conversation and his whole team resolved it. Matt the tech who installed both times for me was great! Shelly who I've spoken to multiple times has been more than helpful each time! Awesome service all around! Thanks Guys! You blow American interlock out the water!

This is my second time here to share my review. Typically, what brings me to take the time to give my review about any company, store, service, etc, my experience would have been A+, outstanding, or E-awful. Either way it was memorable. So with this being my second time back here, my first review wasn't flattering to say the least. I had some issues and I definitely was not happy. But I am more than happy to come back to say that not only were my issues addressed. Nationwide Interlock really took the matter serious, then went above and beyond to make me happy. While my issues were valid, some of them I had some responsibility in. They showed true concern and I was very impressed with their desire to handle the matter and I never expected that. They treat you as a person and with respect, not just a defendant from the court who just has to do this like it or not. I owe them a big thank you for making my difficult time a lot better!Add Testimonial here
